Start off with having Mardek casting Shield on his allies, starting with the one who has the least HP, and then casting Heal on the zombie. Use it on allies when necessary. Have Deugan use Spiritblade until he runs out of MP, and then start using Power Attack. Have Emela use Flame, and have Vehrn use Disrupt Undead. When the Zombie Warrior becomes Berserk, same strategy, but if Deugan did run out of MP earlier, refill his MP, and continue using Spiritblade.

Zombie Warrior 2

Recommended Armor:

Zach: Boneslicer, Breastplate, FirePendant, misc.

Recommended Skills:

Zach: Crescendo Slash, QUARRY: UNDEAD

Same thing as before, but as Zach hasn't leveled up for a while, watch his HP closely. Especially after the Zombie Warrior goes berserk.

Moric

Recommended Armor:

Mardek: M Shield, Remove Taint, Vim
Deugan: Power Attack, Barrier Break, Spiritblade
Zach: Berserk, Soulstrike, Crescendo Slash, QUARRY: UNDEAD

Moric starts with Auto-M Shield and Auto-Shield, so take out the Shield with Deugan's Barrier Break. But, Moric gets healed by Dark-elemental attacks, so don't use the reaction. When it's Mardek's turn, put an M. Shield on everyone starting with the one with the least health, in preparation of the Arcane Cataclysm. Moric starts the battle by using Animate Dead. If you want 100% completion of the Bestiary, I recommend killing the zombies for the Fallen Soldier and Ghoul entries. I recommended killing the zombies anyway for EXP. Have Emela use Flame and Lightning Bolt. When there are more Darks than Earths in Moric's "party", use Flame. When there are more Earths than Darks, use Lightning Bolt. For Zach, you have a choice between using Crescendo Slash or using Berserk with Soulstrike and QUARRY: UNDEAD equipped as reactions. When everyone has an M Shield, have Mardek cast Heal on the zombies, and have Mardek simply attack Moric with his sword. And, if one of your partners dies, don't worry, as Moric will revive him/her with full HP and MP by using Zombify. Just use a HolyWater or use Mardek's Remove Taint to unzombify your partner. If Mardek dies, that's no problem as Moric will Zombify him, like usual. Just have the Vim Passive equipped or the Bonestone on him so Mardek doesn't attack his partners. You'll be done soon.

Zombie Dragon

This doesn't require any strategy, but you'll need high HP, high defense, and a LOT of status condition healing expendables. Plus, you can choose between Zach and Vehrn.

Kind of the same as before. You can choose between having Zach or Vehrn. If you choose Zach, be COMPLETELY sure that Zach has his FirePendant, the Trilobite Armour, and the Resist WATER Passive equipped. You can use his normal attack on anyone except Vennie, where it will still deal damage, but will barely effect. Use Sure Slash in case Zach becomes blinded. With Vehrn, same target with Smite Evil, but with Green Lightning, target Aalia. In case you plan on Berserking Bartholio, have Mardek put up Shields. And, now having Spiritblade and Boost on Deugan, it should be a piece of cake.

The reason you have to use Keyblade and Ancient Sword with Mardek and Deugan is because Dracelon has Light resistance, which was probably done for insured safety, or something. Yet it's still weird. Anyway, for Emela, just have her use Lightning Bolt, as Dracelon has resistance to the other four natural elements, and gets healed by Earth elemental attacks. Before Deugan uses Power Attack just ONCE, have him use at least ONE Boost. It'll help greatly. You once again have a choice between Zach or Vehrn. For Zach, once again, you have a choice between using Berserk with the Soulstrike and QUARRY: UNDEAD reactions, or using Crescendo Slash with just QUARRY: UNDEAD. For Vehrn, once again, use Disrupt Undead and QUARRY: UNDEAD. And for Mardek, M Shield and Shield are optional, as the attacks Dracelon doesn't generally cause high damage. But it's highly recommended, as you have to be ready for the worst.

With Mardek, cast M. Shield on himself and his allies, starting witht he one that has the least health, in preparation of the Arcane Cataclysm. Cast Shields as well, with Moric having high STR and ATK. Have Deugan use Barrier Break to get rid of Moric's shield, but like last time, don't use the reaction. Have him use Boost to increase the power of his Power Attack when he runs out of MP for Spiritblade. Have Emela use Lightning Bolt, and, once again, you have a choice between Zach or Vehrn. For Zach, you can either use Crescendo Slash with QUARRY: UNDEAD, or cast Berserk on himself with Soulstrike and QUARRY:UNDEAD. Though, it is recommended to not use Berserk, so he can use Sure Slash if he gets blinded. And for Vehrn, same thing as before.

Lake Hag

Recommended Armor:

Deugan: Tectonic Sword, Copper Breastplate, misc.
Emela: Earth Rod, Wooden Shield, Bandit Leather, Hat, misc.

Pretty easy. Just have Deugan use Earth Slash, have Emela use Stonesplosion, have Mardek attack, heal when necessary, and hope that Poison inflicts on the Lake Hag.

First of all, take out Aalia, the main healer and buffer. She's weak to Earth and Dark, so have Deugan use Barrier Break on her, and have Emela use Stonesplosion, hope she gets inflicted with Poison. After defeating her, destroy any remaining shields. Second, take out Bernard, being the main assault. He is weak to Water and Light, so have Emela use Bubble on him, and have Vehrn use Smite Evil. At this point, you come to a crossroads. You can either take out Bartholio first to avoid him going berserk after taking out Vennie, or take out Vennie first so you don't have to be assaulted by his status effect attacks. Which ever you choose, have Deugan use Barrier Break on Bartholio, and if he doesn't die by simply doing that, have Emela use any spell other than Stonesplosion, have Vehrn attack normally, and maybe have Mardek attack. With Vennie, have Emela use Flame. Throughout the battle, have Mardek cast M. Shield on himself and his allies, starting with the one with the least health, have him attack the saviours, and heal when necessary.

Canonia Shaman

Recommended Armor:

She'll start by using Dark Gift on herself, giving her Haste, M. Shield, and Shield. So, start off with Deugan using Barrier Break, but DO NOT use the reaction! Have Emela cast Flame, have Vehrn use Smite Evil, and before Mardek attacks, have him cast M. Shield on himself and his allies, starting with the one that has the least health, and then start casting Heal on the shaman. You'll be done in no time.

He starts with M. Shield, Haste, and Shield, so have Deugan use Barrier Break. Have Mardek put up Shields for everyone so the locks will do less damage. When a status effect is inflicted, use Remove Taint or an item. Have Deugan use Spiritblade until he runs out of MP. That's when you can either restore his MP or use Power Attack. Have Emela use Flame, have Vehrn use Disrupt Undead, and have Mardek use Heal on the zombie. Use it on your allies when necessary.
